CANCELLATION POLICY

 

With every professional business there is a serious side…

Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how I can bring you the best customer service.

Please help me maintain this good service by providing me with the following courtesy.

I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to me and my other clients by calling 24 hours – 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. (Appointment of 1hr or more require 48 hours notice) This can be done via text message or voicemail on 07905554009 or by email Sharon@beautifulmobile.co.uk . However you contact me, I will always get back to you to confirm I have received your message.

If you do not hear from me, it means I have not received your message.

Please contact me as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that I can attempt to schedule and service another client.

When you book an appointment with Beautiful, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else without it affecting my ability to operate.

Even though my expenses have increased, Beautiful has not increased treatment prices this year. I have carried these costs at this time however I cannot carry the costs of late cancellations as these cause my business to run at a loss.

Any cancellation with less than 24/48 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment that was booked. This is because I have to turn clients away and with little notice, it makes it extremely difficult to then fill your missed appointment. If you don’t agree with my cancellation policy, please make your bookings on the day.

Health Conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues or medical conditions we may need to be aware of, including pregnancy. We will then be able to advise you accordingly of suitable treatments for you, as certain conditions mean that you are unable to have some treatments.

Mobile Service

For treatments in your home, we would appreciate it if you could ensure there is room for the treatment to be carried out, particularly when large equiptment such as a spray tan tent or a treatment couch is required. A small travelling cost to cover petrol and a minimum spend may apply to your appointment.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or a valid gift voucher. Unfortunately we are unable to accept card payments at present.

Deposits

Please note that certain treatments which take more than 2 hours may require a booking fee to be payed at the time of booking. The booking fee will then be deducted from the final payment.
